Secure video notarisation when travel is not practical

If you would prefer not to travel into London for an in-person Notary Public appointment, European Services London Limited can arrange a compliant remote video notarisation with one of the notaries we work alongside. The process is designed to be efficient, secure and easy to fit around a busy schedule.

  • Short video call (typically under 10 minutes) during which the notary verifies your identity using your ID and proof of address.
  • Presentation of any original documents that require certified copies or notarial certification directly to the notary on screen.
  • Real-time signing of documents where your signature must be witnessed or verified by the notary.
  • Following the call, you simply send the signed documents to our London office by email (for scanned or electronically signed copies) or by post (for wet-ink originals), and we complete the remaining notarial, apostille and legalisation steps.

While most matters can be handled remotely, certain document types may still require an in-person appointment. In those cases, our team will advise you promptly and can arrange office appointments, home visits or call-outs as appropriate, ensuring you always have a practical route to completion.
